Advanced Hearing Technology in Naples, FL and Bonita Springs are seeking to hire a full-time front office coordinator. 3 days in Naples and 2 days in Bonita Springs. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a warm and caring team to provide excellent patient care. We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients while creating “wow” experiences at every visit! Schedule/ location: Monday – Friday – 9AM – 5PM. What You Will Do: Greet patients professionally face to face as well as on the phone. Schedule appointments. Check patients in and out, collecting payments as needed. Administrative office duties. What You Will Need: Good computer skills a must. Quick Books a plus. Prior Medical Office experience preferred, some billing experience a plus. Ability to multi-task. Organizational skills.
