Derrycourt would like to appoint a Healthcare Area Manager for the Dublin region. The key responsibilities as outlined below are some of the criteria that is essential part of the role. You will be reporting to the Regional Manager for the area on a weekly basis and will asked to travel to the Head Office in Dublin to attend meetings

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in managing key accounts within the healthcare or soft services sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyse data, create reports, and use insights to inform decision-making.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and meeting SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Certifications in infection control, health & safety, or related areas.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements within healthcare facilities.

EDUCATION

• Relevant qualification in business, management, healthcare, or equivalent experience.
