Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and other imaging systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Support PACS/RIS integration and imaging network performance.
  • Maintain accurate service and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Train clinical staff on safe equipment use.
  • Participate in equipment planning and acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent technical/military training).
  • 3+ years of imaging equipment service experience.
  • Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, and imaging networks.
  • OEM certifications (GE, Siemens, Philips, Canon) preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
