About the Role We are looking for a Healthcare IT System Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of healthcare information systems for our clients in both government and private healthcare sectors. You will take part in system design, infrastructure setup, go-live execution, and ongoing maintenance—ensuring system stability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Projects - Gather requirements and participate in system architecture design. - Validate hardware BOMs, software licenses, and network components. - Develop system deployment plans ensuring scalability, security, and availability. - Lead installation, configuration, testing, quality checks, go-live, and system operations. - Coordinate with application teams, project managers, and other stakeholders. Support & Maintenance - Provide system support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues. - Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and optimize resources. - Conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) according to schedule. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with proper documentation. - Handle support tickets within SLA and collaborate with vendors when required. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT system implementation & support. - Strong background in: Servers, Windows Server OS, VMware/Hyper-V Storage systems (SAN, NAS, RAID) Database systems (SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL Developer) HL7 Integration, DICOM configuration, data migration Network configuration and system operations - Experience with hospital systems (RIS, PACS, LIS, HIS, DMS) is highly preferred. - Certifications such as CCNA, MSSA, ITIL, PMP are a plus.
