POSITION SUMMARY

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous internship, academic project, or coursework related to healthcare management, pharmaceutical operations, or quality systems preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, cGMP) and interest in healthcare innovation is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment
    The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $52,000; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge. In addition, ANI Pharmaceuticals offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off. Responsibilities
  • Support operational planning and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and quality functions
  • Assist with data-driven analysis of internal workflows and external regulatory or market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance production efficiency and compliance
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with ethical standards and industry regulations (e.g., FDA, cGMP)
  • Participate in projects focused on integrating new technologies to improve drug manufacturing and delivery systems
  • Assist with the preparation and communication of reports and strategic plans to internal stakeholders and global partners
  • Promote a culture of integrity, continuous learning, and Christ-centered values in team interactions and decision-making
  • Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for innovation in supply chain management, quality control, or workforce development
