Job Purpose

To lead the establishment and growth of a new healthcare business vertical in the UAE, driving new client acquisition across medical tourism, comprehensive case management, and home care services, while building the strategic and operational foundation required for licensing, partnerships, and market entry.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Setup & Market Entry

• Research and map the UAE healthcare regulatory landscape (DHA, MOH, DOH) for licensing requirements relevant to medical tourism facilitation, case management, and home healthcare services
• Support the development of the business plan, market entry strategy, and operational structure for the new healthcare division
• Identify and evaluate potential local partners, healthcare facilities, and referral networks needed to launch operations
• Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders on licensing, accreditation, and regulatory approvals
• Get the property done via providing Turn Key Solutions to clients from Finding Site Location to the Running their Healthcare Facility in UAE or United Kingdom.
