Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven HubSpot Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing hospice agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that engage referral partners (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians), enhance brand awareness, and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in HubSpot marketing automation, SEO, and healthcare B2B outreach. If you are passionate about storytelling in healthcare and know how to create compelling, HIPAA-compliant content that resonates with diverse audiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare-focused content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites targeting healthcare professionals and referral networks.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Manage HubSpot marketing automation (email workflows, landing pages, CRM segmentation, lead nurturing).
  • Collaborate with the sales/business development team to create targeted outreach materials that support lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to HIPAA guidelines and reflects hospice brand values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in healthcare marketing and inbound strategy.
  • Utilize HTML skills to make necessary adjustments to web content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce reports).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation preferred.
  • Proficient in social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Healthcare or hospice marketing experience strongly preferred.
