JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the long-term care sector of healthcare. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation/advertising, and multichannel marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing and a passion for improving healthcare communications through innovative marketing strategies and current relationships within the Atlanta healthcare community. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our team within the facility to provide successful care to your admissions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail in messaging across various platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with hospital case managers and discharge planners.
  • Work directly with families and patients as they transition from acute care to post-acute care at our facility.
  • Organize the admissions process and procedures so that there is a high level of communication between the admissions team and the facility clinical teams.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, social media, email, and print advertising.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts including copywriting for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Implement admission processes to streamline the facility collaboration during the admission process.
