Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Level Healthcare Marketing & Strategy Advisor to join our team as a part-time consultant. This role will leverage your expertise in healthcare marketing to provide strategic guidance, improve referral systems, and enhance Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, excels at relationship building, and is skilled at crafting effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Functions and Duties:

  • Responsible for the overall marketing, sales and program development initiatives of GenPsych and the attainment of all agreed goals and objectives
  • Develop actionable marketing strategies to strengthen and expand the referral network, targeting healthcare providers, specialists, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team to ensure a seamless and effective sales process
  • Supervise the marketing team in identifying high-potential referral sources, trends, and recommending outreach efforts to extract the desired business values
  • Manage the performance management system of the team by coordinating delivery of activity reports, performance metrics using the balanced scorecard approach
  • Analyze current B2B strategies and referral patterns and data to identify growth opportunities and address gaps in the referral pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and forecast potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned or directed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in mental health, hospitals, health systems, B2B strategies, or other healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of brand management and patient experience optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategies for complex healthcare environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
