Job description
OVERVIEW:
Seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and patient outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in healthcare or ophthalmology marketing, combined with hands-on skills in graphic design, video content creation, and digital strategy. This role will oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the center’s growth goals and patient engagement objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in healthcare marketing; ophthalmology or medical practice experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and video editing tools.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content strategy, and social media trends.
· Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
· Clear communicator with experience translating complex medical services into patient-friendly content.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

· Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies to promote our ophthalmology services and providers.
· Oversee digital marketing efforts including website updates, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
· Create high-quality visual content—graphics, videos, and brochures—for digital and print platforms.
· Manage the center’s social media presence (content planning, posting, community engagement).
· Collaborate with doctors and staff to coordinate internal and external communications.
· Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
· Support outreach initiatives including patient education programs, referral campaigns, and events.
· Maintain brand consistency across all patient-facing materials and campaigns.
· Work directly with external vendors, agencies, or creatives when required.
