Position: Healthcare & Non IT Research Analyst (US Healthcare Staffing ) -Night Shift Location: Near Nagole Metro Station,Hyderabad, Telangana, India Duration: Full Time Shift Timings:6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST ( Nigth Shift) Description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Research Analyst to support our US healthcare staffing team by identifying, researching, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, data mining, and building targeted client and candidate databases to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research to identify potential healthcare facilities, clients, and hiring managers across the US Generate and qualify leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, job portals, and industry directories Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and healthcare professionals Collect and verify key data points (contact details, specialties, hiring needs, facility information, etc.) Track market trends, competitor activity, and staffing demands within the US healthcare sector Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems Support the recruitment and business development teams with market intelligence and targeted outreach lists Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality standards are maintained Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in healthcare research, lead generation, or US staffing research Strong understanding of US healthcare industry structure (hospitals, clinics, long-term care, allied health facilities) Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and online research tools Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting Excellent analytical, research, and data validation skills Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
