We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Healthcare Nutrition Advisor – Paediatrics to manage Brisbane territory. This is a permanent role that allows you to use your existing medical/nutrition knowledge to establish a strong partnership with healthcare professionals (HCP’s) to ensure sustainable business growth.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Engage with HCPs (GP’s, nurses, and specialists in the Paediatric field) and provide suitable nutritional solutions to them through detailing and education.
- Build the credibility of the Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) portfolio per Danone policies and ANZ regulations.
- Engage with HCP’s and educate them on the use of HCN products and services through all relevant field force channels, both face-to-face and digital, aligned with strategic priorities.
- Achieve timely (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) goals while adhering to all ethical practices and required regulations.
- Review territory performance against agreed objectives/targets on a minimum quarterly basis.
- Manage emergency stock for patients where required.
- Identify opportunities to develop the territory by understanding patient/customer journeys, channels, and content preferences.
About you
You are a self-motivated sales professional and can work autonomously within a wider national team. You will enjoy working towards results, love dealing with different people daily, and can handle ambiguity and shifting priorities. Your agility and proven track record of sales excellence and territory management will help you succeed in this role. You will demonstrate a passion for the Nutricia brand and pride yourself on the self-development of your brand both internally and externally from the business.
