About the role Our Healthcare Administrative Receptionists are stellar at customer service and teamwork, deeply committed to supporting our patients, each other and the team. They build and maintain the reputation of Origin by: Supporting patient questions, requests, and general communication via phone and email Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks Welcoming, checking-in, checking-out and scheduling patients for follow-up visits Taking payments Scheduling patients (via phone, from waitlist, in collaboration with our Patient Services team) Schedule verifications (checking for duplicates) Insurance verifications Addressing patient concerns Collaborating with other departments and teams at Origin via Slack and email Other tasks as assigned What Makes Us Different While each position may demand distinct skills and qualifications, we operate as a unified team, driven by our shared core values.
