  • Title: Operations Manager for Army Direct Care Medical Services
  • Location: 2 Days/week required to work out of HQ in Sinsheim. Remote work is authorized for the remaining days. Frequent site visits required within Europe (primarily Germany)

Job Overview:


Manages French Consulting’s ADCMS Line of Business (LOB) and projects as directed by the company's senior leadership. Monitors and supervises health care contracts, ensuring all deliverables and contractual objectives are met. This can include but is not limited to: quality control, recruiting, hiring, relocation assistance, on-boarding and management of personnel through the life of the contract. Ensures employees adhere to appropriate hospital, clinic, managed care organization, military health agency, or similar entity regulations and procedures per the contract. Performs duties as the primary contact with the appropriate Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or other customer authority. Regularly develops and provides reports on contract performance to the company senior leadership. Assists the Business Development team by identifying future contract opportunities, conducting appropriate networking, increasing the company name recognition and executing market analysis.


Qualifications


  • Operations/Project Management experience in business and management settings. Must have excellent demonstrable experience in utilizing principles of resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources. Preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Human Resource knowledge and demonstrable experience in principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, interviews, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, conflict resolution, and personnel information systems. Must be able to engage directly with employees, customers and company staff to ensure issues are dealt with in a respectful and firm manner
  • Solid level knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of database programs to include (but not limited to): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent in the English Language to include a high level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and speak German is desired but not required
  • Experience with OCONUS U.S. military organizations and installations is desired but not required
  • Must be extremely organized and capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • At least five years experience in a Medical/Healthcare (preferred), Business or Mid-Level Management related setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of U.S Government Contracting is desired but not required
  • U.S military experience, such as a Military Retiree living in Germany with Europe wide U.S. installation access, desired but not required
  • Currently possess or be willing to complete a CNACI background check.
