Ethos is seeking experienced healthcare operations consultants to help train AI models on qualified documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with ownership of throughput and performance work.

Compensation is USD 100 per hour, with flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, ASAP start; contribute to AI-generated materials across patient throughput,
