Position Overview Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking entrepreneurial Healthcare Physician Recruiters to build and manage their own recruiting desk in a fully remote environment. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for experienced recruiters who are comfortable working independently, sourcing their own candidates, and driving placements. Recruiters will focus primarily on physician placements, travel nurses, and medical sales roles nationwide.
