QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 8–10 years of experience in healthcare planning/architecture.
• GCC or international project experience is mandatory.
• Solid expertise in hospital and clinical space design.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, functional zoning, and clinical workflows.
• Experience collaborating with medical teams, engineering consultants, and stakeholders.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Oureng Studio is searching for an experienced Healthcare Planner Architect to oversee hospital and clinical space design for a leading healthcare provider in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have significant GCC or international experience and strong familiarity with healthcare design regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead planning and layout design for hospital and clinical spaces.
• Liaise closely with medical consultants, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Translate healthcare regulations and design standards into architectural planning.
• Deliver schematic, conceptual, and detailed planning aligned with GCC/international requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project execution.
