Role reports to: Business Unit Director - Self Care Location: Asia Pacific, Australia, New South Wales, Sydney Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Develop and deploy product training programs to gain recommendation via eLearning platform for Pharmacy Assistants, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Retail Partner training/education events, Pharmacy conferences. Researches, brainstorms and proposes the introduction of digital products, services and/or e-business platforms. Key Responsibilities Development of eLearning modules for the Pharmacy Assistant training platform. Modules developed in line with business priority brands Create new and review existing content Brief content and ensure timely review with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs Brief module development and work on creative with external agency Lead development of education/training tools such as detailers to support sell in and training of products to Pharmacy Assistants Ensure tools incorporate a sell story as relevant Ensure designs and key messaging is aligned with the brand marketing & healthcare professional marketing Ensure timely review with Regulatory Affairs Manage budget for the development of modules and management and licensing of the eLearning platform Work with National Operations Manager and brand teams to develop product training which also incorporates a sell story for Territory Sales Managers aligned to cycle objectives, for their knowledge and for them to train Pharmacy Assistants in store. Work with National Accounts Team to develop product training for Major Retail Partners (ie Chemist Warehouse, Priceline), aligned to major promotional events and new product launches, and deploy through Territory Sales Managers across the nation Manage key pharmacy conference activity including setting the stand priority focuses, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales, development of material required for the conference and training of Sales Reps on the stand. Attendance at key pharmacy conferences.
