The project: This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Provide strategic leadership for sub‑programmes, directing delivery aligned to the overall programme vision and outcomes. Establish effective delivery environments, integrating people, process, information, technology and governance. Drive performance beyond baseline, optimizing resources, systems and methodologies to realize programme benefits. Champion Safety First, quality, sustainability, risk management and Service Excellence across all activities. Lead, inspire and develop high‑performing, inclusive teams, supported by Mace’s Centres of Excellence. Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial viability, digital innovation and net zero outcomes. You’ll need to have: Proven sub‑programme leadership delivering pre‑construction and construction phases successfully. Expert in programme governance, commercial controls, budgets, risk and opportunity management. Chartered or working toward RICS, APM, ICE or equivalent professional accreditation. Strong sector knowledge, client network, and leadership capability aligned to Mace values.
