The project: This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in North Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Provide Principal Authorised Person leadership, governing HV/LV authorization, isolations, permits and energisation. Set and enforce electrical safety rules, competencies, switching procedures and high-risk approvals. Assure permit-to-work, LOTO, outages, switching plans, audit integrity and compliance reporting. Protect live hospital operations, safeguarding patients, critical power, essential and no-fail systems. Lead multi-party interfaces, risk management, regulatory compliance and decisive stakeholder engagement. Direct commissioning, staged energisations and safe handover to operations and facilities teams. You’ll need to have: Proven leadership delivering complex programmes, with full commercial, risk and performance accountability. Advanced project, construction and safety expertise, operating to the highest regulatory standards. Strong industry credentials, networks and professional recognition across consultancy and construction.
