The project: This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Lead projects to deliver objectives, KPIs and value, coordinating technical services and stakeholders. Champion Safety First, quality and Service Excellence, aligned to the Mace Way. Develop and maintain integrated plans, programmes and budgets, managing risk, change and performance. Manage consultants, contractors and supply chain, including procurement, claims, variations and handover. Provide strong governance through meetings, reporting and site walks, ensuring accurate records. Drive digital, responsible business and net zero outcomes through collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll need to have: Proven project management experience delivering small to medium projects across construction or consultancy environments. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and planning skills, focused on client value and outcomes. Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE standards and recognised project management practices. Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent), with progress toward a recognised chartership.
