Join GrowthAssistant as a Healthcare Provider Success Assistant! The Healthcare Provider Success Assistant focuses on executing manual, repeatable processes that ensure providers have a seamless operational experience — from responding to inquiries and managing requests to supporting onboarding, offboarding, and leave processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Provider Success team to maintain smooth workflows, accurate data updates across systems, and timely communication with providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about operational excellence in healthcare. Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Triage and escalate issues appropriately while ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses. Support proactive provider outreach initiatives (e.g., status updates, reminders, compliance checks). Execute standardized workflows such as leave of absence processing, data updates, and documentation management across internal platforms. Update provider information in designated systems and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Monitor incoming requests, categorize them appropriately, and close tickets once resolved. Must-Have: 2+ years in administrative operations, customer support, or healthcare operations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proven ability to follow structured processes and maintain high accuracy in data entry. Highly organized, dependable, and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with experience navigating multiple software systems. Prior experience in telehealth, healthcare administration, or healthcare adjacent roles Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
