We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.
We seek a passionate Healthcare Quality Lead to join our learning disability services. Combining clinical excellence with compassionate leadership, you will lead with purpose, drive innovation, and make a real difference in people’s lives, all while championing person-centred care.
For this role, you must be a Registered Clinical Professional (e.g., NMC) and have experience supporting people with learning disabilities, dementia, or complex physical/mental health needs. You will also have outstanding leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
You must be confident in making clinical decisions and have strong safeguarding experience to lead on complex case reviews, hospital discharge planning and risk management. You will guide and train staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery, and driving innovation, transformation and service improvement.
We offer a supportive, progressive working environment where no two days are ever the same. This role is vital to the day-to-day running of our organisation and will leave you with a real sense of job satisfaction, knowing that the work you do helps us continue to provide extraordinary support for exceptional people and makes a real difference to the lives of many.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re ready to lead with impact, support transformative care, and champion those who need it most.
