WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking someone switched on, target-driven, and proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
You might have experience in recruitment, be used to working to set targets, or you could be seeking a new opportunity. Wherever you have gained your skills, your passion for customer service and confident communication skills are what matter most.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be part of a large Recruitment team, reviewing a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses. You’ll screen multiple candidates daily, engaging in thorough conversations to discuss their skills and experiences, ensuring they are suitable for interview bookings.
You’ll make a high volume of outbound calls to new and previous applicants (warm calls), with no requirement for cold calls. Your efforts will play a key part in enabling us to expand our care services by hitting and surpassing set targets around call volume and interview bookings.
The targets are not unrealistic and are very achievable for someone who has the drive to succeed.
It’s a fast-paced role where priorities do change often, so it’s important that you are adaptable, have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
