Pay: Targeted first year - $45K, Base + Commission

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

- Utilizing diverse online platforms, including social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job boards, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Be an active participant in job fairs and organize engaging in-house recruitment events.
- Collaborate closely with managers to forecast and address future hiring needs.
You’d be great for our Recruiter role if you have the following:

- 1-2 years of Recruiting experience
- Typing 45+ wpm, proficient in MS Office Suite
- Love helping people and have a sales, retail, marketing or HR background
