Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team supporting US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. What You’ll Do Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based clients Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through submission and placement) Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and/or VMS platforms Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ATS updates Meet weekly submission and placement targets What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of US healthcare recruiting experience (travel nursing, allied health, long-term care, or home health preferred) Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms is a plus Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Willing to work on a US shift schedule Why Join Us?
