Screen Candidates: Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure qualifications align with job requirements. Coordinate Hiring: Manage the hiring process, from job offers to negotiating employment terms. Maintain Database: Organize and track candidates in a database to streamline the recruitment process. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with healthcare recruiting trends and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year in healthcare staffing, especially for nursing and allied health roles. Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of staffing platforms such as Genesis, Medefis, Baptist Healthcare, and Aya Healthcare. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
