JOB SUMMARY

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing professionals. You’ll work closely with department heads to meet staffing needs and drive recruitment initiatives. This is an on-site position that involves high-volume outbound recruiting calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing and caregiver roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and hiring regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for healthcare and talent acquisition
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans
  • Source, screen, and interview nursing and caregiver candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and verify certifications
  • Manage the full recruitment process from posting jobs to offer negotiation
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
