Right at Home, one of Ireland’s leading home care agencies, are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter for South Dublin/Kildare to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring qualified healthcare employees across various roles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector (agency or in-house)
• Knowledge of Irish healthcare compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and operate in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn
• Eligible to work in Ireland

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions.
• Post Job advertisements, across relevant platforms
• Screen CVs and lead initial applicant interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Liaise with care manager to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Arrange interviews and coordinate feedback
• Ensure all applicants receive compliance standards, including Garda Vetting / IPCC (where relevant), references, and relevant certifications
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and use applicant tracking system(Teamtailor)
• Attend Job Fairs, collage events and networking functions / when required
• Provide an excellent applicant experience throughout the hiring experience
