ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced, people-first role where you’ll be at the heart of our business—connecting clients with top-tier care staff. You’ll be a key part of our business development efforts, using your natural rapport-building skills to win new clients and keep existing ones happy.
You’ll be making sales calls, meeting decision-makers, and nurturing long-term partnerships—while helping ensure exceptional care is delivered to those who need it most.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Making outbound calls and visiting prospective clients to generate new business
  • Managing existing client accounts with care and consistency
  • Recruiting, supporting, and placing healthcare staff across various roles
  • Hitting weekly KPIs and tracking your sales performance
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and candidates
  • Coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
