Position: Healthcare Recruiter – US Staffing (Multiple Positions) Location: Near Nagole Metro Station,Hyderabad, Telangana, India Duration: Full Time Shift Timings:7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST ( Nigth Shift) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare professionals, including Nurses and Allied Health staff. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance standards, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and engage US-based healthcare professionals (Nurses & Allied Health) through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and credential verification Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → submission → interview coordination → offer negotiation → onboarding Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain and update ATS records, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing standards Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing Strong understanding of healthcare roles including nurses, therapists, physicians, and allied health professionals Knowledge of credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance requirements Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn sourcing tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work night shifts (US time zones)
