EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
· Demonstrate proficiency in active listening and adapting communication style to various audiences.
· Ability to communicate persuasively and build rapport with candidates.
ANALYTICAL AND SELF-REFLECTIVE SKILLS:
· (Preferable) A bachelor’s or higher degree from a recognised university, highlighting a commitment to education and intellectual curiosity.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills developed through academic pursuits.
· The ability to apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world situations.
IT LITERACY AND SKILLS:
· Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant IT tools.
· Demonstrate strong IT literacy, including familiarity with web-based platforms and technologies.
· Ability to quickly adapt to and leverage new technologies for effective customer engagement.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and maintaining key client accounts and supporting the business development executives across the sales team. Their primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the staffing services provided. They will seek out opportunities to further grow AppLocum’s presence and represent AppLocum in a manner that displays our values.
They will be apt in building strong relationships with our customers as well as being able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s technology solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction. They will seek to deliver these whilst setting clear and realistic expectations with the end goal to contribute towards sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. You will be required to carry out weekend and evening on-call to handle any cancellations and action any client requirements. You will be on a team rota covering one in 8 weeks (subject to change).
