We are seeking Healthcare Representatives to join a growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, scheduling, and patient support Assist customers with questions about insurance coverage, benefits, and claims Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, protocols, and procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Educate customers on available health plans and services Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals Must be a College Graduate with a degree in healthcare-related courses (Pharmacy, Medicine/Alternative Medicine, Nursing and Life Sciences) Must have at least 3 months of relevant experience Knowledge with clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is a plus Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
