MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: 1. Serves customers by providing them with information about the product based on inquiries received. 2. Drives sales through engagement of customers by suggestive selling 3. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. 4. Manages financial transactions with the help of other departments involved in membership processing. 5. Helps in the processing of all types of membership payments. 6. Assists the management by providing relevant updates on the activities and strategies of competing HMOs. 7. Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met on time. Responsibilities:• Manage assigned leads while adhering to sales standards and procedures. • Assist in the development of sales strategies and objectives to meet assigned targets. • Submit regular sales reports and gather client feedback. • Foster and maintain positive relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and leads to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams. • Support the resolution of any issues that arise within the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales-related positions. • Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion. • Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. • Proficient in utilizing data and sales tools. • Highly creative, innovative, and adaptable. • Customer-centric mindset with an ability to understand customer needs and expectations. • A team player with the capability to lead, motivate, and inspire co-workers and other stakeholders.
