ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Healthcare Sales Assistant, your role will be to deliver complete care by giving advice on healthcare products and services.

You will also:

  • Provide holistic healthcare advice, helping our customers and patients to make appropriate choices about health and wellness products and services
  • Talk with and approach customers using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they have a choice of solutions and the right advice to meet their needs
  • Be the store’s health and wellbeing ambassador, keeping up to date with the latest products and topics in the health and wellness world
  • Embrace and promote the Boots omnichannel offering and signpost customers and patients to further solutions (e.g. Pharmacy Services, Online Doctor, Boots.com)
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
  • Refer patients to an appropriate healthcare professional as necessary (e.g. Pharmacist)
