Job Details Job Location: St George - Hurricane, UT 84737 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 Base+Commission/year Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Sales We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell various healthcare solutions to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and clinics. The ideal candidate understands healthcare environments and is comfortable building relationships with clinical, technical, and administrative decision-makers. Knowledge of the healthcare/hospital environment is equally important as the knowledge of these systems. Marshall Industries will provide all training to the right professional. The right individual will be surrounded by a supportive team and professional work environment. This sales representative will be providing solutions already needed within the clinical environment. Interested and qualified individuals located in Southern Utah or Clark County Nevada are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and contractors. Be capable of creating a sales strategy, while adopting a proven sales process to fulfill personal and company goals. Responsible for servicing existing client base while generating new business to expand current customer base. Responsible for writing & submitting professional proposals Promote Marshall Industries products and services as they relate to healthcare. This includes Nurse Call, Paging, Audio Video etc. Acquire & maintain knowledge of all product lines & services offered to communicate with customers of systems & features that may be offered & installed. Marshall Industries will provide job training. Must be able to present to a group and speak to hospital administration. Work with sales and engineering team to provide the best solution for client. Must be able to learn a proven sales process. Must be a relentless competitor. Qualifications Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare related experience and/or relevant sales experience. Understanding hospital workflows and patient care environments is a strong advantage. Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner. Must have superior customer service skills. This position requires a very professional, positive, reliable, responsive, hardworking, and self-motivated person. It is required to have a positive attitude every day, work with others and present yourself in a manner that would positively represent Marshall Industries to clients and coworkers. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and programs. Responsibilities
