POSITION OVERVIEW:

SalesEra is hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven Medical / Healthcare Sales Representatives who are committed to contributing to the healthcare sector. This opportunity begins as a commission-only role for the first three months. Candidates who demonstrate consistent performance will be transitioned into a fixed salary plus commission structure with formal onboarding.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in medical or healthcare sales is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Comfortable working without a fixed salary during the initial phase
• Goal-oriented with a genuine interest in healthcare solutions and business growth

• Identify and engage potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
• Present and promote our healthcare services with confidence and market knowledge
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct lead generation through various methods such as cold calling, referrals, and research
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Submit regular updates and reports on sales activities and market insights
