Job Details Salary Range: $23.00 Hourly Marina Security Services is a minority-owned and operated firm specializing in security services and guard staffing. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should possess skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Essential Functions Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security issues Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate Must have hospital experience Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing and making necessary rounds Must have basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone Preferred : First Aid / CPR and AED certified Join Us for Open Interviews Open interviews are held every Wednesday at our San Francisco location from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 465 California St. Suite 626 San Francisco, CA 94104 PPO# 15655 Qualifications
