Job Summary DSI is growing! We are currently hiring a Healthcare Security Site Supervisor in the Springfield, Ga. area. The Healthcare Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel * Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance * Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff * Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies * Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors * Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns * Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements * Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals * Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public * Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license * 1–3 years of supervisory experience (security field preferred but not mandatory). * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable means of transportation and communication * Basic to intermediate computer skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions * Must meet all pre-employment requirements CERTIFICATION & LICENSING * State-mandated security licensing will be provided upon hire BENEFITS * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401k REQUIRED SCREENINGS * Criminal Background Check * Motor Vehicle * Drug Screen #SAV DSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
