The project: This is a complex, large scale, modern hospital redevelopment in North Queensland that will benefit the people. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning resources, programmes and governance from inception to handover. Champion Safety First, embedding visible leadership behaviours and Mace’s HSW framework. Procure, manage and collaborate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver agreed scope, quality and outcomes. Control budgets, programmes, risks and change, ensuring issues are identified, mitigated and reported. Deliver objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan, achieving strategic KPIs and service excellence. Drive innovation, digital delivery, responsible business priorities and best practice across Mace Group. You’ll need to have: Proven project management experience delivering medium to complex construction projects. Strong commercial, financial and programme control expertise across delivery phases. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation capabilities. Relevant professional qualifications, sector knowledge and strong HSE understanding.
