Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for a Healthcare Server to join our team! POSITION SUMMARY: As a Healthcare Server, you are responsible for serving meals to residents of our Center in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires strict adherence to proper food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to ensure optimal infection control. You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that supports a safe environment and contributes to the delivery of high-quality resident services. In addition, you are responsible for the setup and cleaning of the dining room, consistently maintaining or exceeding established hospitality and service standards. Note: This position is a non-tipped position. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Equivalent experience or education may be substituted at the hiring manager’s discretion for educational or work experience requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalency. * One (1) year of previous customer service experience. * Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance (upon hire, in accordance with state regulations). * Must be available Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or hospital food service. * Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
