We are seeking one (1) professional, energetic, customer service based healthcare booking agent for an Integrated Healthcare clinic comprising of Aesthetic services (Botox, Fillers, Medical Aesthetics etc.), Family Medicine, Walk-in Medical, Specialist Medicine, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Osteopathy and other health services for an integrated health clinic in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto.

Position Details: Full Time

Business Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7AM-8PM
  • Friday: 7AM-7PM
  • Rotating Saturday’s (9-4 PM)

Candidates must be able to work during ALL business hours and be comfortable with rotating shifts of 7-8 hours within the above business hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer calls coming in through the mainline and transfers accordingly with exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Book appointments through the system in a time-efficient manner for both medical and non medical schedules
  • Maintain superior knowledge of Integra Health services and be able to converse with patients about service offerings in an intelligent and thoughtful manner
  • Understand the healthcare system in Ontario and be able to provide patients with service offerings that compliment their healthcare requirements
  • Have a strong understanding of our collaborative model of care combining medical, rehabilitation and wellness needs and be able to speak to this when discussing this with patients on the phone.
  • Responding to patient emails and inquiries as needed
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Applicant must be able to:

  • Work well in a team environment
  • Maintain professional communication at all times
  • Have excellent telephone etiquette
  • Multi-task and prioritize, speak and write English fluently
  • Experience with Telus PS Suite EMR is an asset
  • Experience with Jane app EMR is an asset
  • Prior experience in a medical/healthcare facility
  • Experience in OHIP Billing is an asset

Qualifications:

  • University Degree/College Diploma
  • Experience in the customer service field (2 years)
  • Experience in the healthcare service field (1 year)
  • Experience in an aesthetic/cosmetic spa environment
