In this role, you’ll be pivotal in facilitating customer support and training programmes across a diverse range of healthcare products and services across Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. You will manage and expand an existing healthcare customer portfolio, identifying key opportunities to increase our market share in the healthcare sector.

• Provide comprehensive customer support through various health and continence care programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, capable of dealing effectively with key personnel at all levels within the organisation.
• Enhance customer retention by ensuring our products and services continue to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
• Add value for our customers to improve their consumer outcomes.
