Based across our Camborne and S Austell campuses, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health and/or Social Care practitioner and educator to join our growing team. In this role, you will teach across a range of programmes, including:
As a Study Programme Manager for Level 3 T Level courses, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of the programme. You will design and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that inspire and motivate students while supporting their progression and achievement. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help shape the future of the next generation of healthcare professionals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You must have at least 5 years of recent experience in the clinical, health, or social care sector.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a full teaching qualification (e.g., AET, DET, PGCE) and experience in teaching, training, and managing study programmes for 14-18-year-olds, with a solid understanding of funding groups.
A degree in a related subject is essential along with strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key personal attributes. A willingness to attend evening events and support college promotion is required.
Desirable qualifications include a Registered Nurse or Midwife status, a Master’s degree in a related field, and a Level 3 Assessor qualification.
