Public Service Loan Forgiveness – As a nonprofit employer, PCSC employees can qualify for this federal program Additional perks – Employer-Paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Christmas Bonus, Meals at a reduced price, Employee Educational Assistance and a Referral bonus program Key Responsibilities: Complete opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth operation Supervise waitstaff to ensure efficient service Ensure timely meal preparation and service in all areas Plate food according to standards, including proper garnishes and accompaniments Maintain communication with Health Services to track dietary changes and updates Assist with receiving and checking daily deliveries, and help with monthly inventory Ensure compliance with DHEC and quality standards Assign and monitor cleaning duties for work areas and equipment Ensure dining room service standards are met and address resident concerns Supervise and operate the POS machine during meal hours, maintaining daily records for revenue and resident meal accounts Consult with the Director of Culinary Services regarding resident food service and therapeutic diets; may assist in planning menus Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills One-year supervisory experience in a restaurant, healthcare or hospitality setting ServSafe Manager certified Ready to Make a Difference?
