JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Coordinator will report directly to the President and work closely with medical operations leadership. This is a hands-on role that coordinates the inventory tracking, restocking, packaging, and facilitation of shipping and returns of medical supplies and equipment for our mobile medical clinics and worksite health clinics domestically and internationally.
This role will collaborate closely with the Meetings & Events Medical team to manage the logistics of medical units. Experience and familiarity with medical equipment, supplies, and vendors are a must in addition to strong administrative and organizational skills with close attention to detail and strong follow through. The ideal candidate is solution oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and a self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Ability to operate independently under the supervision of executive leadership and collaboration with operational leadership
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Comfortable using technology, digital tools, and inventory management systems including Microsoft products
· Proficient in spreadsheets and basic data management
· Experience with shipping, tracking, and logistics coordination
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3-5 years experience with medical supplies and equipment procurement, shipping, and logistics coordination
· Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or a related preferred

· Inventory management of medical units, supplies, and equipment including tracking, documentation, procuring/ restocking, and configuration through hands on operations and tracking through digital database
· Packaging of medical units with requested medical supplies and equipment
