SONIFI Health, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-phased programs from concept to completion. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-phased programs—from initial concept through final delivery. You’ll be responsible for developing detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, project estimates, and budget forecasts, while ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
This role requires disciplined execution and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams and external vendors. You will serve as a key liaison between technical and business stakeholders, driving alignment and transparency through executive-level reporting and strategic communication.

• Responsible for end-to-end Program Management across the healthcare portfolio of products ensuring high quality, on-time efficient execution aligned with business priorities.
• Drive cross-functional development, partnering with product management from concept to delivery in an Agile software development environment.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team, cross-project, and system dependencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery and effective risk mitigation.
• Oversee cross functional team in finalizing release plans and ensuring effective handoffs of releases from engineering to operations for installation and support.
• Lead lifecycle management planning and execution for both individual hardware and software components as well as commercial products with large customer installed bases.
• Provide support and oversight of operational issues, including troubleshooting and managing escalations to resolution.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to address and resolve vendor-related issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance operational processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop metrics to measure and monitor program performance and report on these metrics and any proposals or investment requests to senior management.
