As an Hearcare operations manager role at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first.
Main tasks – Clinic managment, stock managemnet &ordering, Operational compliance, health & safety, invoicing, banking & ensuring KPI’s are met.
We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious individual ready to be the friendly and approachable point of contact for our customers and colleagues. DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Previous experience working in an administrative role or face to face customer service role.
