Position Overview: As a Hearing Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our practice, providing concierge-level service to our clients. You will act as a vital liaison between our clients and Hearing Care Professionals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that contribute to our business success.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma (required); post-secondary education in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales/marketing and client service.
  • Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent phone skills and comfort in engaging with clients.
  • Self-starter, emotionally intelligent, and capable of using good judgment.
  • Comfortable working with seniors and helping them understand their hearing needs.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel valued and cared for.
  • Engage with clients to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Educate clients about hearing loss and encourage them to explore solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to address questions and assist in their decision-making process.
  • Order and sell hearing aid products, completing all transactions from order to payment.
  • Conduct minor repairs and cleaning of hearing aids as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our clinical management system.
  • Collaborate with Hearing Specialists to identify and meet client needs.
  • Manage customer database, call lists, support clients access 3rd party.
  • Perform general administrative duties including invoicing and cash management.
  • Keep the office organized and support other associates as required, which may include travel to sister offices.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.
