We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Hearing Device Claim Processor to join our Impairment Benefits (IB) Team. In this role, you will assess and determine requests for hearing devices in line with WorkSafe policies, guidelines, and the Claims Manual. You’ll work closely with Impairment Benefits Specialists and other team members, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. This role also requires the ability to navigate DXC invoice processes and engage effectively with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assess and determine hearing device requests in accordance with WorkSafe policy and guidelines Collaborate closely with the IB Team, including Impairment Benefits Specialists Navigate DXC invoice systems and processes Liaise professionally with external stakeholders Ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance within required frameworks Preferred Experience: Previous experience within the Workers’ Compensation sector Exposure to invoice processing, payments, or related systems Experience in case management or similar administrative roles If you're detail-focused, a great team player, and passionate about supporting quality outcomes for clients, we’d love to hear from you.
